Sound financial reporting is a key to sustainability, but managing the accounting systems can be complex and detract from more mission-centric work. Member organizations needing help can lean on NAM for quality financial management on a fee-for-service basis.
- Payment Processing – Checks, ACH, credit card, etc.
- Track Revenue – Record income, pledges, and bank deposits.
- Financial Reporting – Monthly or quarterly financial reports, including bank reconciliations and journal entries. The NAM Team can also present reports at Board or Finance Committee meetings.
- Grant Reporting – Assist with interim/final grant reports with budget comparisons.
- Payroll Recording – Record payroll journal entries into your general ledger. While we do not process payroll, we can ensure new employees are properly set up in your payroll system.
- Consulting Services – Expert guidance to solve financial challenges, improve processes, and support audit and/or 990 tax preparation. Services may include 1099 forms, setting up QuickBooks, refining your chart of accounts, and creating budget templates for better financial reporting.
QuickBooks is the software platform for these services.
- $75/hour - Remote services
- $85/hour - On-site services
- $130/hour - Consulting services
- $60/hour - Attend Board or Finance Committee meetings (remote)
Fees for tools such as QuickBooks and Bill.com are paid by the client.
