Hi, I’m Charity Adams, founder and owner of Vision Fusion Facilitation and Consulting. My passion is helping individuals and organizations take the frustration out of collaboration. I specialize in group facilitation, strategic planning, training and coaching using the Lumina Personality assessment tool.

I discovered the power of facilitation during a transformative meeting where a skilled facilitator turned a room full of conflicting ideas into a unified, actionable strategy. That experience inspired me to master the art and science of facilitation, launching Vision Fusion in 2020. Since then, I’ve been privileged to help countless teams and leaders work better together.

Here’s what I do:

Facilitate meetings and strategic plans for nonprofits, businesses, schools, and communities. From conflict management to action plans, I help teams make decisions they’ll actually implement.

Train facilitative leaders using Technology of Participation (ToP®) methods, including Strategic Planning, Environmental Scanning, and Secrets of Implementation. I also design customized leadership cohorts.

Coach individuals and teams with Lumina Spark, a data-driven personality assessment, to help them unlock their potential and build stronger, more collaborative relationships.
