Charity Adams is a facilitator, trainer, and coach, and the founder of Facilitate Co — a facilitation practice based in Cairo, Nebraska, serving organizations across the Midwest and beyond.

Nonprofit boards, community coalitions, public health agencies, and mission-driven leadership teams hire Charity when they need more than a meeting. They need a process that surfaces real priorities, builds genuine consensus, and produces decisions their team will actually act on — long after she has left the room.

Charity is a Certified ToP® Facilitator (CTF) and a ToP® Mentor Trainer through ICA Associates, trained in the Technology of Participation — a suite of structured methods used by organizations worldwide to make collaboration work. She is also a Lumina Learning practitioner, offering personality-based coaching that helps leaders and teams communicate and lead more effectively.
She also trains facilitators. If your organization wants to build internal facilitation capacity, Charity offers open-enrollment and in-house ToP® training courses across the region.
