Clairrant Partners has been helping business leaders succeed for 30+ years. Laura Schabloske, managing partner, began her career in the for-profit sector and has transformed her private sector skills to help both for-profit and nonprofit organizations identify and work through the challenges facing businesses in developing strategy and sustainability plans, creating systems as well honing development and operational efficiencies and processes.

In 1997, Laura noticed that a shift was taking place with more generations in the workforce with varied work styles and backgrounds. This shift and the need for companies to respond to it led to the beginnings of what is now Clairrant Partners. She is passionate about bridging multi-generational teams in the workplace, building trust and accountability and producing high performing work environments. She helps her clients reach their goals and objectives while strategically positioning their energy to make the greatest impact.
