Organization Overview
Helping families thrive through education, nutrition, behavioral health, childcare, and meeting basic needs. Our core programs include:
1. Youth Development - Community Learning Centers and Before and After School programs.
2. Behavioral Health- School-based therapy for K-12 students and their families.
3. WIC
4. Housing and Support - case management, rent assistance for families and transition-age youth.
5. Community Crops - urban ag programs to help families grow their own food.
6. Child Care Food Program - training and support for in-home child care providers including reimbursement for serving healthy meals and snacks.
