Housing Development Corp

Housing Development Corporation exists to promote affordable housing opportunities and improve the quality of life for residents of Nebraska. While rising costs threaten the availability of affordable housing, our team continues to seek ways to help bridge the gap when safe, affordable housing seems out of reach. We do this in three ways:

- We help qualified homeowners with necessary home repairs and deferred maintenance
- We purchase, rehabilitate, and resell affordable housing to qualified applicants
- We rent affordable apartments to qualified applicants

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving residents in Adams, Clay, Hall, Nuckolls and Webster Counties. The organization is funded through grants that are submitted to a variety of sources, but primarily the Nebraska Department of Economic Development.
