Professional Bio
Born and raised in Nebraska, Jacquline has dedicated over 20 years of service to working with youth and in the community as an advocate, artist, educator, administrator, organizer, and volunteer. Their lifelong passion for the arts and helping others led them to earn a bachelor's degree in General Studies - Art Concentration, with a certification in nonprofit management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2022, they were selected as the Nebraska representative for the inaugural National Leaders of Color Fellowship program. After serving as a contracted teaching artist for nearly 2 years, Jacquline officially joined The Union in 2017. Prior to joining The Union, they served as a teaching artist locally at The Montessori Co-Op School and Metropolitan Community College as well as abroad in San Ignacio, Belize and Baños, Ecuador.
