Nurses, Family Support Workers, Social Workers, and Lactation Consultants care and support families over a period of one to three years, beginning prenatally or shortly after the birth of their child.
» Home Health Aide - Personal care services for vulnerable and aging individuals, supporting their health, safety, and independence to remain living at home. Activities include bathing, grooming, dressing, and light household duties such as meal preparation.
» School Nursing - Promoting wellness and physical, mental, and health services at 62 public, private, and parochial schools.
» Other Community Care – Immunizations, childbirth education classes, financial assistance to help address health-related needs, and child safety education and resources.
