Juliet Jones has over twenty years of HR experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors across various industries.  Her expertise includes employee relations and retention, compensation analysis, diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA), policy creation, full life cycle and best talent recruiting.  Juliet has served as an EEOC officer, where she managed reporting and DEIA goals.  She has provided training regarding labor management issues, contract negotiations, grievances and mediations.  Juliet is well-versed in succession planning, team building, benefits administration and client services.  She holds an MBA Degree in Business Management and a BA Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  Juliet is certified in Human Resource Management (CHRM), SHRM and Diversity Recruitment and Executive Leadership.  She also serves her community in various capacities such as:
