Description

Build confidence in your ability to lead financial initiatives and advise on strategic financial decisions. Improve your problem-solving abilities by learning to approach financial challenges strategically. Develop advanced financial planning skills by defining strategy and aligning operations. Learn goal-setting, metric tracking, and strategies for sustainable growth.

This two-hour, hands on training session will help you establish essential financial strategic planning procedures. This training is designed as partial lecture with exercises that allow you to practice. There will be an extra day following the session for Q&A, giving you time to metabolize what you’ve learned.

This is Course 2 of the Financial Empowerment Series. This training will be recorded and provided to registrants after the sessions are completed.

About the Speaker:

Sitori Holbrook | Accounting Services Senior Manager, Tanner LLC

Sitori has almost 10 years of public accounting experience in a variety of industries, specializing in not-for-profit accounting. Prior to Tanner, Sitori worked in industry for eight years as a controller overseeing all aspects of accounting. She has experience with a variety of accounting systems and general ledger integration software. Sitori is a founding member of Tanner’s Client Accounting Services department. She manages large accounting outsourcing projects and is skilled in business process transformation and the systems that support it as well as internal controls over financial reporting. Sitori received her bachelor’s and master’s in accounting at Westminster College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants and serves on Tanner’s Not-for-Profit Committee as well as on the board of a local not-for-profit.
