Leading Change Without Power

Small or large, complex or simple…change is a people process, and you can create change no matter your role.  Most people will resist change because we like our work lives to be consistent and predictable.  So, how can you find opportunities and create or influence change that will have a positive impact on your organization? Our experienced facilitators will guide attendees through understanding the psychology of change, identifying key stakeholders, and developing tailored communication plans to ensure a smooth transition. Participants will gain insights into assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and fostering a positive culture that embraces change.
