Neurodiversity: Understanding and Inclusion
The numbers of individuals with autism or other neurodivergent conditions (ADHD, Dyslexia, PTSD, etc.) continue to rise. This population is often misunderstood, marginalized, and/or defined by their disability. Whether considering customers or coworkers, increased understanding and minor accommodations can create a more inclusive environment that allows neurodivergent populations to thrive. Key takeaways will leave attendees with an understanding of how inclusion benefits ALL.
