Reenergize Your Board

Date/Time Date(s) - February 5, 2025 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Fee: $40

Do you have a board that is tired, non-functional, and/or members have been around too long to be effective?  If so, how do you revamp and re-energize it?  This workshop will go through a series of different considerations and approaches to bring life back to your board. Different approaches to be discussed through this interactive webinar include:

  • Updating your bylaws to include board limits, board role description AND how to roll these out.
  • Recruiting and integrating youth, couples/ families, business owners, participants/clients. Creative recruiting for small towns. Creating a board representative of your town, community, and/or stakeholders.
  • Meeting frequency and agendas – including speaker series.
  • Retreat focused on revival, strategic planning, or other relevant topics that includes staff, partners, clients.
  • Building intentional board culture and practices.
  • And more…

Bring your challenges and questions – and some of your best practices to discuss and learn. Webinar will be participatory, with a mix of presentations, case examples, and question and sharing times. Participants will leave this webinar with a list of new ideas to try with their ‘tired’ board!
